The company was registered with Decision № 1485/30.06.2004g., Volume 4289, Volume 107, p.115, company file № 467 from 2004 of Ruse District Court with main activity – wholesale trade of metal and non-metal scrap. Since the beginning of 2005 the company is licensed to trade in ferrous and nonferrous metals from the Ministry of Economy. Next year the company acquired a permit for the collection and temporary storage of scrap motor vehicles, electrical and electronic equipment, batteries and all associated wastes.
With a registration document issued from RIEW Ruse the collection, transportation and temporary storage of paper, paper packaging, plastic, plastic bottles, glass and glass containers is authorized.
